At Leap Pharmaceuticals and Leapaw, delivering an exceptional, high-quality experience for you and your pets is our top priority. We stand behind the science, safety, and formulation of our pet nutrition and natural cosmetic products, which is why we offer a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee.

60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you or your pet are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer care team within 60 days from your original date of purchase to request a full refund of the product purchase price.

  • Keep the Product (Single Items): For your first refund request, there is no need to ship the item back to us. Out of convenience and safety for our customers, you can keep the product, and we will happily issue a full refund.
  • Policy Limits: This "keep the product" courtesy is strictly limited to one (1) single product per customer on your most recent order.
  • Exclusions: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Bulk Order Exceptions: Refunds are not permitted for purchases of three (3) or more items. Subsequent or bulk requests do not qualify for the "keep the product" courtesy and may be subject to standard return verification, processing, and return shipping fees.

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC GUIDELINES

Pet Nutrition & Supplements

Because supplements require consistent use to see results, we encourage you to try the product for at least 2–3 weeks. If it does not suit your pet, our 60-day window ensures you are fully covered.

Natural Cosmetics & Skincare

Due to strict hygiene, quality control, and safety standards for topical cosmetic formulations, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or used skincare items. If a cosmetic product causes sensitivity or does not meet your expectations, it falls under our "keep the product" refund guarantee for single items.

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once your refund request is authorized by our team, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been notified of a successful refund but have not yet seen it post to your account:

  1. Check your statement: Review your bank account or credit card statement again, as it can take several business days for financial institutions to officially post a credit.
  2. Contact your issuer: Reach out to your bank or credit card company to check on pending processing timelines.
  3. Contact Us: If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to our customer care team for assistance.

Refund Policy Abuse

If we have reasonable grounds to believe a customer is attempting to abuse this return policy, or is not acting in good faith (such as systematic refund requests across multiple accounts), we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deny future service.
